My wife goes here for weekly group sessions and she is very happy with the activities they organize. She always comes home feeling much better after some social interaction!

The staff there are very kind and patient as well as very accomodating. Whilst some waiting lists may be long for certain sessions, I think it is worth the wait.

They don't rush their initial assessment to see what treatment would suit you better and they give you a variety of options to choose from with detailed explanations of what said treatment consists of.

Overall I highly recommend this place, I wasn't going to go at first but one of the staff called me after I cancelled my appointment and changed my mind.
