It was bewildering going through the gov.uk website for international arrivals to pick a suitable covid test provider from over 100 companies. I finally picked this one because it had an address and more importantly a telephone number. Many companies on the list only provided email for contact. My choice paid off, because during our isolation I had to call twice to understand a few issues too tedious to put into emails, the customer service could not be more helpful, as well as being very knowledgeable. We bought the test combo with the optional "test to release" option. All our kits arrived about two days ahead of each scheduled test date and were well packed.

Don’t use this company service. Terrible service and unprofessional. I ordered Day 2 and Day 8 test and was not able to get immediate confirmation and can not contact the company. So I had to go with another company. So I sent three emails cancellation and made multiple calls. Unable to contact them. They ignored my emails and sent me covid test kits anyway and refused to give me refund.

I booked my COVID test with 4medical. Customer support was excellent in helping me get started with my kit and the whole process was seamless. I received my certificate very quickly allowing me to travel without delay. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - No customer services provided - unable to contact them. I booked Day 2 and Da 8 test but could not get a confirmation. Due to the need to submit Locator Form, I had to go with another company. I sent three emails to 4Med request for cancellation and refund within 1 hours of booking. Tried to call them but no response. They then sent me test kits which I sent back unopened and the refused to acknowledge my request for refund.

An update:
13 days after my journey, when I was no longer in quarentine, I received an email from 4 medical clinical solutions saying that they had found an error in the delivery of my order and that they were going to send it again. I immediately wrote back to say that I did not require it any more because I was no longer in quarentine and I had paid for more tests on day 2 and 8 from another provider. I also called the number here from Google and was able to speak to someone fairly quickly. The person I spoke to looked into my order and found that they had sent the kit to a totally different postcode. They had put the wrong postcode on the order.
For such time sensitive medical tests which have to be undertaken BY LAW, I find this carelessness unacceptable. Not only that, but the person I spoke to told me that they do not confirm dispatch of orders ever to customers and they do not provide tracking!!!! I find this unbelievable! If they had let me know that my order had been dispatched, and sent a tracking number, I would have been able to follow it and I would have known that something was not right. The email address that I wrote to (the one from which I received confirmation of my order) is apparently unchecked. However, I did not receive any confirmation email back to say that the email address was not checked and therefore was oblivious to the fact that no one had seen my emails.
The company has agreed to a full refund ( I had already disputed this charge with my credit card).

Do not purchase your test kits from the company.
As we are required by law to do, I purchased the 2 and 8 days test kit from this company prior to my return the United Kingdom.
It has NEVER arrived despite 2 emails to the company from which I received absolutely no response. Thanks to this company I may now be fined for not returning PCR tests when they were supposed to be sent and on top on this I paid 199 pounds for nothing. It is a disgrace that this company are on the approved gov web site. I subsequently had to pay out for a further PCR from another provider. Today ( several days after the end of my quarentine) I have received an email from 4 Medical Solutions to say that there was an error in the delivery and that the tests would now be sent. If they had any regard for their customers at all, they would have responded to my mails of last week and they would know that I have no use for these tests now. I have claimed the money back from my Credit card as there is NO MEANS of getting in touch with this company. Absolutely shocking.

I got my covid travel test with this guys. Got my tests on time and they helped me to register my kits. Excellent customer service and support. I am going to travel in July again and will use them again. Highly recommend it

My day 2 and day 8 test arrived on day 9. They were very poor at picking up the phone. Once I returned a test kit to them, they didn't even refund half of my money. Very poor all round. I WOULD NOT USE THEM.
