I needed an appointment for my 10 year old son urgently, he’s not been eating for the past few weeks. And was told by the receptionist that they were fully booked for the next few weeks and I had no chance of getting an appointment. When I asked again she proceeded to behave rudely and rather aggressive. Absolutely ridiculous there’s no need for a receptionist to act like this.

Absolutely shocking awful GP. I am diagnosed PCOS patient that just needed a referral for a fertility treatment. After moving to Bolton I registered with this GP hoping for the best knowing I would need a referral as a patient that deals with PCOS for years. I came in January to ask for the referral. I was told that it would be send right away. I expected to wait , because everyone knows the state NHS currently is. But after few months of not hearing anything in regards to fertility treatment I started to push more and more to learn what is going on with my referral only to find out that the referral was not sent at all! I found out about in July after 7 months of waiting for the treatment! Finally,my referral was sent out by the end of July. I still didn’t hear anything about appointment for my treatment so I called Royal Bolton that advised me to ask GP for a letter to speed up my referral. So I made telephone consultation with Dr Khan(the same thy told me he would refer me right away back in January)to ask for it. He said he would issue the letter. This consultation took place last Monday. So I came with my husband last Friday to ask what is going on with the letter. I was told it would be done today and I would be able to see it in the app. I kept checking and still nothing! Absolutely shocking! Not to mention in the meantime of all of it back in April I was bleeding and in pain and I was told by Dr Khan that it’s fine and I should wait for fertility appointment as it would be addressed then! I was bleeding for few weeks and in pain! Shocking ! I absolutely do NOT recommend this practice that does NOT meet any standards! I will be leaving them together with my husband.

Out of my regular prescription. Booked phone appointment but nobody called. Than Booked another appointment but again nobody called. When i call them and they said doctor can call anytime during whole day.

I just wanted to start off and say this review is nothing against the receptionist which are are providing great level of service and are really nice and polite. My concern is more towards the GP on how he diagnosed my issue using Google search and also advising me that the treatment is no longer covered by NHS. After consulting a private healthcare centre they advised me re booking with a different GP or practice.

It's impossible to get appointment with doctors in this surgery. At last got appointment which was after two months but when I got to surgery to see doctor it was already cancelled and even no one informed me abouts cancellation. The receptionist was very rude. I had strok and heart problems but I'm not getting quality treatments and no follow-ups.

The receptionist I very good it’s the doctors tells you you are okay while you literally sick and if you go to emergency they will tell you how you sick and how it affects you but this doctor here know nothing absolutely nothing I wonder how he become a doctor
