We visited Dr Ravi for my daughter’s acne problem. He is very easy to speak, listens and understands the patient’s concerns and feelings. My Daughter is still on treatment so cant tell if the problem is solved but overall we are happy with Dr Ravi

I was booked in for a blood test and was greeted by 2 lovely ladies as soon as I walked in. Once I filled out the form handed to me I was off to get my blood drawn. I was once again greeted by another 2 lovely ladies. I believe one of the names was Diana and they took care of me knowing I’ve never had a blood test before. It was all over before I even knew it. Honestly such a quick and efficient experience and I wish them all the best

Great experience with the lovely staff at this clinic. Am always fearful of blood tests, but quite honestly the nurses were the best I've come across. Super friendly, accommodating and my blood test was over in no time. 100% recommend.

I cannot thank and praise them enough.

I visited Phoenix at their Harley Street location. My procedure included a blood draw, which is something I am really anxious and squeamish about (I faint every single time...). I was seen by Calixia, who was simply AMAZING - that was the gentlest blood draw of my life. For the first time in my life I didn't faint, I didn't feel nauseous - nothing. I was absolutely fine.

The entire experience was really great, smooth, and efficient, including super-nice and super-helpful young lady at the front desk.

That level of service was worth every penny.

Highly recommended! I had an appointment with the Gynecologist Giada Frontino and I felt really comfortable and reassured throughout the assessment.
