Absolutely brilliant company to deal with from start to finish! The staff are so friendly & everything is explained in thorough detail from day one. First appointment was my assessment which was hassle free & was accepted, onto having my surgery & temps fitted in less than 4 hours! 8 weeks later my finals were fitted with no problems at all! So happy with my new smile! I have had no problems at all throughout my journey with 21D! My own dentist couldn’t do anything for me so when I found this company they did everything that I needed. The treatment I received from 21D from start to finish for my implants was absolutely fantastic. From the reception staff, when you first contact 21D, through to the surgeons and nurses who complete the assessments and surgeries, you have unprecedented (in my dental experiences) first class care and service. All the staff are so friendly and warm. You are informed in detail every step of the way throughout your journey, from the moment you pick up the phone, or fill in the assessment form, right to your last appointment when you have your long term prosthetics fitted. And it doesn't stop there! The aftercare then continues with annual check up appointments to make sure everything is still as it should be. I can honestly say the whole process was a pleasure from start to finish, and I am so happy with my new teeth. I can definitely recommend 21D for anyone thinking about getting a new smile ?

If dental implants are something you are considering then don't hesitate to make that call . I did and from the first call to my finals day today it took 12 weeks and 5 days. There was no hard sell just a positive vibe from all the staff. caring and kind with a passion for what they do and achieve. 21D uses state of the art equipment making the procedure caring and efficient. Everyone goes on about "The Smile" - It's about so much more than that. It's about eating all those things you didn't realise you'd removed from daily life due to loose, missing and/or infected teeth. It's about not counting your teeth after every meal or worrying how much it's going to cost at your next dental appointment for a quick fix until next time. I’ve had LTP (finals) fitted, I’m very happy with them.

Very professional, helpful and the service was second to none at 21D.

The team from my first point of contact all the way to me leaving with a fantastic smile was faultless.

Nothing was too much of an ask for them, they answered any questions I had no matter how trivial it may sound, they always had my mind at ease by speaking to me in layman’s terms and not baffling me with medical jargon.

I’ve made the best decision with this company, I wish I went with them years ago.
