Mr. Barnes is extremely professional and caring. Prior to attending his clinic I read a lot of good reviews about him and I kind of knew what to expect. He is very kind and helpful, although I was attending his clinic about my nose he offered to examine my ear as I had undergone a surgery elsewhere to check if all was well and removed my ear wax at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend Mr. Barnes.

Dr Barnes provides a very professional service. You are put at ease and made to feel welcome from the onset. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explains each step of the procedure carried out. Had some very stubborn wax that gave MR Barnes a challenge, but he stuck to the task , and saved me from a second visit.

As someone who was never going to get botox, I am thrilled at the experience I have had.
Martyn Barnes has done a previous surgery for me and so I knew I could trust him and when he said about performing botox procedures, I was intrigued and decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did!
I cannot stop smiling whenever I look in a mirror. My forehead looks fresher and more relaxed and the skin even feels smother.

I've had such a lovely experience at 1st clinic UK and I would recommend it to anyone.

I saw a lovely man called Martin who cleaned my ears out just after I had a severe infection in my left ear which led me to have black debris coming out of it and I could barely hear a thing. Immediately afterwards, I noticed a major difference in my hearing and other symptoms like dizziness and a heavy feeling in my ears had relieved been signifacted. Mr Martin, who is a Head and Neck surgeon I belive at Southend Hospital drums was beyond kind to me in my treatment and even showed me pictures before and after of my ear drums and answered any questions about any of my other ENT related health issues without hesitation and so thoroughly. My son wants to be a doctor and he even showed him some cool tools they have to use, my son has had his own battle with his health and has seen many doctors, however when walking out after seeing Martin he even said "He was one the kindest doctors he met". I really do mean this in that he was one of the loveliest doctors I've ever met.

I've suffered ear trouble my entire life and 3 weeks after I saw him I caught another infection in my ears due to my ear trouble over the years. I contacted Martin immediately, who suspected I had a fungal infection in my ears, something I never knew was possible. He reccomemed I saw my GP and said I should ask for a swab and asked for my GP surgery name so he could contact them and help's my care. After I saw the GP, they agreed I had a fungal infection but I was a little bit hesitant as they rarely see them. They gave me anti-fungal medication and ear drops. I told Martin about what the GP plans for my ears and he gave his professional opinion on how to treat them and what to do and to use these anti-fungal ear drops. I've since received my swab results and, just like he said, I have a fungal infection. I did all he told me to do and it's helped so much in my recovery from this infection, something which I was at a loss about what to do.

If you ever need advice, this is the man to see and need an ear wax cleaning that I would 100% recommend. Without a doubt, 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
